Use the Cool Gas Feasibility Form for all retrofit applications. New construction requires a Title 24 performance run.
If you are a customer with multiple site locations, please be sure to fill out a separate form for each location. Please rename each form's file name with the name of the location or an abbreviated version if you are sending each PDF back by E-mail.
For example: cyp_feasibility_sdge020608.pdf can become sdge_cityctr.pdf. Here, City Center is the name of the project.

Financing
SDG&E™ offers an financing program to customers for energy efficiency upgrades. The On-Bill Financing (OBF) program works in conjunction with select SDG&E™ rebate and incentive programs, offering customers eligible to participate in those programs zero-percent financing for qualifying energy-efficient business improvements.

The CoolGas Program is funded by California utility customers and is administered by SDG&E™ under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission through a contract awarded to Cypress, Ltd. California customers who choose to participate in this program are not obligated to purchase any additional services offered by contractors.
